This class is designed to give RE Agents and Mortgage Professionals a competitive advantage by providing them with in depth knowledge on how to help their clients learn to repair and manage their own credit. It provides the necessary legal knowledge base, step by step basic techniques and 29 pre-written forms to use in the optimization process. The class includes a presentation for use in one on one and group marketing presentations and the text Credit Repair by Robin Leonard and Attorney John Lamb from NOLO Publications (a $25 value).

Loss Mitigation – Saving the American Dream 3 hours (approved WA DFI(MEAA) &DOL)

This course provides Real Estate Agents and Loan originators with essential information on how to guide their clients when the equity in their home is at risk. The focus is to help the client help themselves. This course covers communication, renegotiation and short sales, and includes new programs that are in effect as of October 1, 2008. The agent will learn how to help their clients understand their options and how to communicate with their lender in a positive and effective way.
The class includes a sample consumer presentation for use in group or one to one client presentations.
