Ethical Practices in Lending:
3 hours Mortgage CE and RE clock hours (Approved by WA DFI – MEAA (Mortgage Education Awareness Association) and WA DOL Real Estate Division. This class meets the CE requirements of the S.A.F.E Act for annual ethics education. Ethics in the Mortgage Industry is designed to promote increased professionalism and help create an ethical structure that will assist in gaining and maintaining consumer confidence. Ethics in the Mortgage Industry examines the basic concept of ethics and the decision making process in relation to business judgment and practice. Real world examples are reviewed, processes identified and tools are provided so that the mortgage professional can to utilize them in their everyday practice.
